Potatoes Au Gratin! A great side dish for Easter, or any day of the year! Warm and delicious, and they are fairly easy to prepare. Try them out today! [caption id="attachment_600" align="alignnone" width="250"] Source: allrecipes.com[/caption] 4 potatoes, sliced in 1/4 inch
slices 1 onion, sliced in rings 3 tbsp all-purpose flour 2 cups milk 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese 3 tbsp butter 1/2 tsp salt 1. Preheat oven to 400F. Butter a casserole dish. 2. Layer half of the potatoes onto bottom of casserole dish. Top with onion slices, then rest of potatoes. 3. Melt butter over medium heat. Mix in flour and salt, stir for 1 minute. Stir in milk, cook until thick. Stir in cheese, until it melts. Pour cheese over potatoes. Cover dish with aluminum foil, bake 1.5 hours. And it's done!
