Easy Baked Pears! Photo credit here. Ingredients: 4 ripe pears 8 tbsp ricotta cheese 4 tbsp honey 1 tsp cinnamon 3 graham crackers Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 2. Cut each pear in half. Scoop out the cores and dollop a tablespoon of ricotta in each. 3. Sprinkle cinnamon and drizzle honey on pears. Roast pears until soft (this will be 20-30 minutes). 4. Drizzle more honey and scatter lightly crushed graham cracker chunks across pears. The recipe is low-fat, for all those working on New Year's resolutions. For those not...these go well with vanilla ice cream, too. Vary the amount of cinnamon and honey with your own preferences, too!
