Why aren't we all making strawberry butter all the time? It's delicious, it keeps, it goes on a lot of things, and this recipe is as easy to remember and easy to do as any recipe you'll ever see.
Even better, it's a great way to use the fresh, homegrown strawberries we have right now!
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar
4 fresh strawberries
1. Chop strawberries until very small. The smaller the chop, the easier to spread later.
2. Blend together softened butter and powdered sugar. Add in 75% of the strawberries and see if you like the amount of strawberries, then add the rest to your preference.
Store in a closed container in the fridge.
Now you have strawberry butter to use whenever you want!
