Sweet Potato Chips
Looking for a great snack for the Big Game (or any other day)? How about sweet potato chips? They're easy to make, and simple too! If you're running out of time and ideas, you can quickly make a batch of these and be snacking within the hour!
1 large sweet potato/yam
4 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp dried thyme
1. Preheat the oven to 400˚F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Cut the sweet potato (or yam) into 1/8th-inch to 1/4-inch slices.
3. In a medium bowl, toss the sweet potato slices with olive oil. Add salt, pepper, and thyme and toss to coat the sweet potato slices.
4. Arrange slices on the baking sheet without overlapping. Bake for 25-35 mins, flipping at the halfway mark, until golden brown. Let the slices cool and enjoy!
